Production
In the premises of the screw factory in Libčice, the skilful hands of the Devoto team produce every single part individually and with the attention to detail that is expected of a manufacturer of the finest Czech furniture. The production takes about 3 weeks. Then, all the parts are transported to the site where our experts assist you with the construction or you “build it yourself”. We can also build your house at the location of your choice including all the on-site services.

The choice is yours, or ours?
If you have a location where a Done can be placed - it does not require much - you do not need utilities or building permits. The small dimensions and layout make it the perfect fit for the most magical places where the view is everything. Only certain types of structures can be placed at such locations, and the size and foundation of our solution make Done one of them.
Selection
It is limited – it will not get any bigger, it will not get any smaller. 12 sqm and that’s it. What you can choose, however, is the color, interior equipment and the seedling of the tree that will be planted next to the house. At the same time, you can choose your favorite number from 1 to 100. It will represent your place on the list of lucky owners. In the first year, only those with numbers 001 to 010 will make it on the list due to limited capacity, so you have to choose and decide faster than your double-digit followers.

Glamp

Pro pozemek bez sítí.
Vnitřní výbava může nabízet luxus glampové varianty i standardní doplňky. Komfort zajišťují velkorysá kamna, nádrže na vodu a energiie, o kterou se stará buď menší gelová baterie, nebo systém solárních panelů.
